Two of the company\u2019s plants recently obtained the highest scores in their International Featured Standards <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifs-certification.com\/index.php\/en\/ifs\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IFS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Food and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brcgs.com\/our-standards\/food-safety\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BRCGS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> recertification audits. Similarly, Concha y Toro\u2019s wine cellar located in Chimbarongo, in Chile&#8217;s O\u2019Higgins Region, was also recently certified under these two standards, which substantiate food safety and quality in the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The certification process at the Lontu\u00e9 Gen\u00e9ricos Plant and Vespucio Plant lasted for two and three days respectively, and involved a review of the chapters indicated by version 8 of the BRC standard and version 6.1 of the IFS Food standard, which cover various aspects of food safety including the commitment of senior management, hazard and risk analysis in the various production stages by the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) team in each plant, and analysis of vulnerabilities related to safety, infrastructure and suppliers, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of the Lontu\u00e9 Plant, the maximum qualification was maintained in both standards (AA in BRCGS and Superior in IFS Food), in the same way, the Vespucio Plant achieved the maximum qualification of (AA in BRCGS and Superior in IFS Food), in both cases for announced audits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These excellent results demonstrate the commitment of Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro and its employees to the quality of products produced by the company, which are enjoyed by consumers around the world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the permanent pursuit of quality in all their production processes, two Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro plants in Chile received the highest scores in their BRCGS and IFS Food recertifications.\u00a0 Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro stands out for its permanent pursuit of excellence and quality throughout the production process, from its vineyards to every bottle enjoyed [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":40519,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[80],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-40522","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-excellence"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
