{"id":42185,"date":"2022-10-20T14:58:48","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T17:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinacyt.com\/?p=42185"},"modified":"2022-11-08T15:39:17","modified_gmt":"2022-11-08T18:39:17","slug":"vina-concha-y-toro-launches-new-work-model-in-wine-cellars-winemaking-of-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinacyt.com\/en\/noticia\/people\/vina-concha-y-toro-launches-new-work-model-in-wine-cellars-winemaking-of-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro launches new work model in wine cellars: \u201cWinemaking of the Future\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>This new work model\u2014based on the modernization and digitalization of winemaking processes with a strong focus on our people\u2014was launched at the end of September in the Lourdes and Peumo Cachapoal wine cellars.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, September 21, Marcelo Papa, Technical Director of Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro; H\u00e9ctor Urz\u00faa, Head Winemaker at the Lourdes Wine Cellar; Marcio Ram\u00edrez, Head Winemaker at the Peumo Cachapoal Wine Cellar; Cecilia Cobos, People Director; Pedro Gamboa and Pegly Holod, People Managers, led meetings with the teams from both wine cellars to present \u201cWinemaking of the Future\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The key pillars and benefits of this new work model include a modernization and digitalization plan for winemaking processes that will provide more reliable results, which in turn will enable improved productivity and quality assurance.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cWinemaking of the Future\u201d model is being implemented at the Peumo Cachapoal and Lourdes wine cellars, with a view to continuing to strengthen it in the coming years.
