In April, the founders of the French winery Maison Mirabeau visited Argentina and Chile, marking the beginning of the integration between the two companies.<\/em><\/p>\n

Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro welcomed Jeany and Stephen Cronk, founders of Maison Mirabeau, in April for a visit aimed at deepening the integration between the two companies following the acquisition of the leading ros\u00e9 wine brand from Provence, France. For three days, the founders of the French brand visited Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro\u2019s main properties, attractions, and projects in Chile and Argentina.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheir brand, recognized among the most highly valued in the French ros\u00e9 category, opens the door to a new and highly relevant origin and, above all, brings us together with Maison Mirabeau, with whom we share a common vision for the wine industry\u2014deeply committed to sustainability and respect for the environment,\u201d<\/em> highlighted Eduardo Guilisasti, General Manager of Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe bring to Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro\u2019s portfolio a specialization in ros\u00e9 within an accessible and premium segment that they want to develop and serve. And we are the first European winery in their family of wineries, which is also very exciting,\u201d<\/em> said Jeany Cronk.<\/p>\n

The visit began at Trivento, where Stephen Cronk toured the main facilities of the Argentine subsidiary. In Chile, both Jeany and Stephen had the opportunity to visit Almaviva in Puente Alto and Casa Don Melchor in Pirque, two icons of high-end Chilean viticulture; the innovative Concha y Toro Wine Center; the production plant and distribution center located in Vespucio; as well as the Research and Innovation Center and Vi\u00f1a Cono Sur in Chimbarongo, a benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the industry.<\/p>\n

Mirabeau, founded in 2010, has established itself as one of the leading ros\u00e9 brands from Provence, with a strong presence in the United Kingdom, Europe, and global markets. Its addition to Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro\u2019s portfolio\u2014which already includes vineyards in Chile, Argentina, California, and Mexico\u2014adds France as a new prestigious origin, in line with the company\u2019s premiumization strategy.<\/p>\n

Both companies also share a strong commitment to sustainability: both are certified B Corporations, and Maison Mirabeau was the first vineyard in France to obtain Regenerative Organic Certified certification, a distinction also awarded to Bonterra Organic Estates, Vi\u00f1a Concha y Toro\u2019s Californian subsidiary.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
