As a result of decades of research led by the Vi\u00f1a Don Melchor team, seven principal Cabernet Sauvignon parcels were identified, each studied and managed independently to understand and reveal the finest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from Puente Alto.<\/p>\n<p>The concept behind this collection is to select, in each vintage, the parcel that best interprets the conditions of the growing season and most clearly expresses its unique personality. In this way, every edition of \u201cThe Parcel\u201d Series represents an unrepeatable interpretation of the Puente Alto terroir.<\/p>\n<p>DM\/05 vintage 2023 is made from grapes sourced from Parcel #05, planted in 1984 on the distinctive alluvial soils of Puente Alto. In the 2023 vintage, this section of the vineyard revealed with exceptional purity an expression of Cabernet Sauvignon defined by the freshness, tension and precision that shape its identity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cIn this second edition, Parcel #05 was the site that most clearly revealed the freshness and tension that are characteristic of Cabernet Sauvignon from Puente Alto.
