Concha y Toro and Uber Join Forces to Offer an Integrated Tourism Experience
Now visiting the Wine Center in Pirque is easier than ever, allowing you to buy tickets and coordinate transfers in one step.
The recent partnership between Concha y Toro and Uber aims to offer a more comfortable, safe, and technology-driven wine tourism experience. Thanks to this integration, visitors to the winery’s new Wine Center can book their Uber ride directly through Concha y Toro’s website (enoturismo.conchaytoro.com). In addition, those who use Uber to travel to Pirque will receive a CLP $10,000 discount on their online ticket purchase, bringing the experience closer to new audiences who value convenience, flexibility, and digital planning.
Visitors purchasing their experience tickets on Concha y Toro’s website can simultaneously reserve their one-way ride through the same platform, easily selecting their pick-up time and location. The return trip can be requested at any time later that day, either directly through the Uber app or via a link sent to the visitor’s WhatsApp. While fares are subject to vehicle availability and current rates, this partnership will generally allow visitors to access more competitive prices than other transportation options.
“This partnership seeks to simplify the wine tourism experience while promoting smart and responsible mobility. We want our visitors to enjoy complete peace of mind from the moment they leave home until their return, with the freedom to manage their own schedules and experience everything at their own pace,” said Matías Holzapfel, Commercial Manager D2C at Concha y Toro.
“At Uber, we’re always looking to provide safe and convenient mobility alternatives for all types of activities. The integration of Concha y Toro into our platform for businesses shows how Uber’s technology can be an ally for tourism and the promotion of responsible consumption, allowing app users to enjoy Concha y Toro’s experiences without worrying about transportation,” stated Matías Rees, Head of Uber for Business Sales in Chile.
With this partnership, Concha y Toro continues to innovate within Chile’s wine tourism landscape, combining technology, sustainability, and hospitality to offer a more comfortable, safer, and forward-looking travel experience aligned with the latest tourism trends.
