Viña Concha y Toro consolidates its position as a leader in the wine industry in Brazil
In 2025, it once again became the largest wine importer in the market, with company sales rising 15.2%.
Viña Concha y Toro closed 2025 with strong 15.2% sales growth in Brazil compared to 2024, consolidating the country as the most dynamic market and one of the most strategic for the Chilean company.
With this result, Brazil also reinforces the company’s position as the largest wine importer and distributor in the country, according to data from Ideal Consulting and Nielsen.
Niclas Blomström, Corporate Manager for LATAM offices in Chile, Brazil, and Mexico, explains: “We see great potential in Brazil given the high recognition of Viña Concha y Toro, our broad customer coverage across the country, and a complete portfolio of premium and superior brands that are highly recognized by our consumers.”
Thus, the Brazilian market accounted for 7.9% of Viña Concha y Toro’s consolidated sales in 2025, ranking as the fourth most relevant market after the United Kingdom, Chile, and the United States. On a consolidated level, Viña Concha y Toro recorded global revenue growth of 1.7%, reaching total revenues of CLP 975,333 million.
Brazil is part of the company’s network of proprietary distribution offices across 12 markets, forming a broad distribution network. Pietro Capuzzi, Country Manager of Concha y Toro in Brazil, highlights this point: “Having a local office presence for more than 15 years has been key to staying close to consumers and understanding trends.”
The executive also attributes the strong performance to the strength of Viña Concha y Toro’s brand portfolio. “Reservado Concha y Toro and Casillero del Diablo remain the number one and number two brands by volume in the Brazilian market. Meanwhile, in the luxury wine segment, Don Melchor has continued to grow,” Capuzzi added.
Brazil was also part of the 17-country global roadshow led by the Don Melchor team to celebrate its recognition as the #1 wine by Wine Spectator.
