The company celebrates a new accolade for one of its key teams: Laura Schilman, Operations and Supply Chain Manager, was included among “The 50 Most Influential Supply Chain Leaders in Chile,” an award granted by América Minera, Wins Chile, and the Chilean Mining Foundation.

With over 17 years of experience leading operations and supply chains in various countries and within the food and beverage industry, Laura has led the team toward comprehensive management, connected to the business and with a collaborative approach that integrates teams in Chile and across all our international offices.

“I receive this distinction with great pride, but above all as recognition of the work of the entire team. Behind the day-to-day operations is a very large team, not only in Chile, but also in our offices around the world. In each one, there is a Supply Chain team that is constantly connected with the markets and with our supply system,” Laura commented regarding the recognition.

Furthermore, he highlighted the dynamism of his role and the area: “What I—and the team—are most passionate about is that in Operations and Supply Chain, no two days are the same. Our task is to make things happen: to transform, coordinate, and ensure that the product arrives in the right condition, at the right time and place. Supply Chain always encompasses a 360° view.”
