Viña Concha y Toro has achieved the highest BRCGS distinction for the third consecutive year

The certified plants and wineries once again obtained an AA+ rating in unannounced audits, reflecting operational excellence, consistency, and teamwork.

For the third consecutive year, the four BRCGS-certified sites—Chimbarongo Winery, Lontué Winery, Vespucio Bottling Plant, and Pirque Bottling Plant—achieved the highest AA+ rating in unannounced audits.

This recognition reaffirms the strength of our quality and safety systems, as well as the maturity and consistency with which Viña Concha y Toro faces audits under the highest international standards, even in unscheduled scenarios.

“This achievement reflects the collective commitment of all areas to sustaining a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and risk management aligned with the expectations of our customers, markets, and regulatory authorities. This result strengthens the trust of those who consume and distribute our wines globally and consolidates our leadership as a benchmark for quality from Chile to the world,” said Juan Scarpa, Corporate Quality Auditor.

At the plants, the recognition was received with pride. Guillermo Franchi, Head of Packaging, commented, “This result would not be possible without the effort, dedication, and professionalism of each member of our team. Thank you for making continuous improvement a reality and for maintaining the highest standards at every stage of our process.”

At the Lontué Plant, the result takes on special significance. Jessica Fonseca, Assistant Manager of Packaging, stated, “This year we successfully achieved a major challenge: BRC recertification, maintaining the highest rating obtained the previous year. And what makes this successful? For the first time, we have certified the entire site—both wineries, production plant, and logistics—which fills us with pride.”

This new milestone reinforces Viña Concha y Toro’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, sustainability, and innovation, pillars that consolidate its leadership in the global wine industry.
