The renowned Bloomberg Línea platform selected Viña Concha y Toro’s CEO as one of the 500 people who are creating value in their sector and contributing to the region’s recovery.

The U.S. media Bloomberg Línea released the list of the 500 most influential people in the region in the private sector, where the CEO of Viña Concha y Toro, Eduardo Guilisasti, stood out as a relevant player in the creation of value in the wine sector.

Among the criteria used to prepare this list, the editorial team included key concepts such as the generation of employment, activities to address the pandemic, innovative projects that have shown success, as well as the influence to support philanthropic initiatives and promote public policies that help the recovery.

“He is the leading wine producer in Latin America and one of the most important in the world. Concha y Toro reported earnings of Ch$40,878 million in the first half of this year, an increase of 8.3% compared to the same period in 2021. This family-owned company has a presence in dozens of countries, and has more than 10,000 hectares of vineyards in Argentina, Chile and the United States,” Bloomberg Línea reports, highlighting the work of CEO Eduardo Guilisasti.
