Eduardo Guilisasti is highlighted in a new ranking by Merco Líderes

The reputational study also included directors Alfonso Larraín and Janet Awad among the best valued business leaders in Chile.

The results of the 14th edition of the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO), a ranking that recognizes the 100 companies in the country with the best corporate reputation, were released in December. On the occasion, Viña Concha y Toro led the ranking of the wine industry and ranked 16th in the general list 2023.

In addition, the most highly valued business leaders in Chile were announced, among whom Viña concha y Toro´s CEO, Eduardo Guilisasti, and directors, Alfonso Larraín and Janet Awad, stand out.

Eduardo Guilisasti was ranked first among the leaders of the wine sector, while Alfonso Larraín, President of the company, was recognized in third place. In the overall ranking, the CEO was ranked 20th, while Alfonso Larraín was ranked 58th and Janet Awad was ranked 73rd.

Merco evaluates the reputation of companies, leaders and institutions year after year in an independent and comprehensive manner and has become one of the world’s benchmark monitors. Its methodology includes evaluations of senior executives, financial analysts, journalists, and other experts from the business world, as well as academics, workers and HR managers, an evaluation in which Viña Concha y Toro has been present since it began to be carried out in Chile in 2000.
