Viña Concha y Toro renews its board of directors
Both the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer acknowledged the invaluable contribution of Alfonso Larraín Santa María, who stepped down from the Board after 57 years with the company.
At Viña Concha y Toro’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21, 2026, the following directors were elected for the next three-year term: Rafael Guilisasti Gana (Chairman), Felipe Larraín Vial (Vice Chairman), Pablo Guilisasti Gana, Rafael Marín Jordán, Janet Awad Pérez, Blanca Bustamante Bravo, and Sandra Porcile Rojas.
Following this, Alfonso Larraín Santa María leaves the company’s Board after 57 years, during which he served as director, chairman, and chief executive officer. During the same session, the Board formally recognized his career, noting that his achievements are directly associated with the company’s success: “We highlight his role in the expansion of Chilean wine worldwide, which has enabled it to reach its current prestige and global presence; his passion and conviction for the agricultural expansion of Viña Concha y Toro, which in 1969 comprised 900 hectares; and his leading role when the company made its first international share issuance,” said Rafael Guilisasti.
Sandra Porcile Rojas, a civil engineer, founder of Protteina Foods, and former director of Ripley, was elected as an independent director, increasing the number of women on the Board to three, alongside Janet Awad Pérez and Blanca Bustamante Bravo.
