Isabel Guilisasti is chosen as one of the 100 Women Leaders of 2023

Every year, the Chilean news media El Mercurio and Mujeres Empresarias highlight women who work in various fields in recognition of their dedication and leadership.

El Mercurio and Mujeres Empresarias released the list of the 100 Women Leaders of Chile, where they highlight women in the following categories: Business Women, Executives, Public Service, Social Service and Professionals, for their dedication and leadership.

Isabel Guilisasti, Vice President of Fine Wines and Corporate Image of Viña Concha y Toro, was included in the list of women leaders for her contribution to the national wine industry. “I feel honored to be part of this remarkable group of women, who have been working for the development of the country and the industries to which they belong. I have had the privilege of working in the wine industry for more than 25 years; an industry that has had on its back the role of positioning Chile in the world as a country that produces high quality wines,” said Isabel.

“My role has been strongly linked to the positioning of premium wines and the strengthening of Concha y Toro’s corporate image. These achievements have been possible thanks to a team of excellence and the collaborative work of all those who are part of the company, and who share a single purpose, which is to transform every glass of wine and every meeting around the world into a memorable experience,” she added.

This award has been presented for 22 years and has been a pioneer in recognizing the dedication and leadership of women. This year, an all-time record of 32,624 nominations were registered, surpassing the 12,023 in 2022 for the different categories. Seventy-two percent of this year’s winners received this recognition for the first time, reflecting the large number of women who are positioning their leadership in new areas.
