The corporate document was chosen as the best in the country in the Drinks D02 Wine category by the Hallbars Sustainability Reports Awards.

This week the results of the latest version of the Hallbars Sustainability Reports Awards were published, an opportunity in which Viña Concha y Toro’s 2020 Sustainability Report won the Drinks D02 Wine category in Chile.

The Hallbars awards, which seek to promote and help the distribution of Sustainability Reports at a global level, have granted recognition to our report in its 2020 version after having analyzed 1,324 documents from 91 countries around the world. This gives the company the power to represent Chile in the final stage of the contest that corresponds to the “Best in the World” category.

Valentina Lira, Viña Concha y Toro Sustainability Director, explains: “We are extremely happy to obtain this recognition for the second consecutive year. The Sustainability Report is a reflection of a collaborative work between the different areas and subsidiaries that allows to account for the commitment and the great efforts in sustainability that the company is developing. A great call to keep moving forward.”

It should be noted that last year the 2019 report was chosen among the three best in the world in the Food and Beverages industry. The results of the Best in the World will be announced on October 21 in a private ceremony that will take place at the Alfred Nobel House in Paris.
