Viña Concha y Toro presents its first Integrated Annual Report 2021

As is tradition, the company’s Annual Report for 2021 is now available, which highlights the progress and recognition of the holding company and each of  its subsidiaries in the three origins.

Viña Concha y Toro publishes its Annual Report and Sustainability Report individually every year, but for 2021, and for the first time in its history, a single document was prepared that brings together financial and sustainability information through an Integrated Report, which represents the ninth consecutive publication of the company’s sustainability indicators.

This first Integrated Report presents the most relevant aspects of the company’s financial, social, environmental and governance performance to its respective stakeholders. The content of the Report is prepared in accordance with the criteria and content required by the Financial Market Commission (CMF for its acronym in Spanish), in its No. 30 standard, and in a first exercise, on a voluntary basis, some of the requirements of the new standard No. 461, which includes sustainability information in annual reports, were integrated. In addition, in line with previous sustainability reports, we continue with the recommendations and indicators of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.

The main focus of this Integrated Report is the union between financial and sustainability information. “In line with this evolution, starting this year we are presenting an integrated report, which incorporates some of our actions and indicators on sustainability. This step will allow us to better appreciate the way in which sustainability is part of our corporate strategy and our day-to-day business,” says Alfonso Larraín, Chairman of Viña Concha y Toro, in his message at the beginning of the report.

For now, it is only available in Spanish, nevertheless, we invite you to review the Corporate Report 2021 here.
